Volcanic Juniper (Infrared). This elegant, lone juniper tree has taken up residence on the southwest side of S-P Crater, a prominent cinder code among over 600 volcanic peaks and vents in the San Francisco Volcanic Field of northern Arizona. And like most green plants, its foliage flaunts a nice glow at infrared wavelengths.
