San Juan Autumn #1. We just completed a trek through what is arguably the most beautiful part of Colorado (opinions might vary on that, however…), and that state can certainly claim to know a thing or two about natural beauty. The San Juan Mountains are dazzling in any season, but the fall colors in a favorable year are nothing short of sublime if you time things right.
