Narrowleaf Four O'Clock near Oak Creek. We’ve had a wildflower season this year (2020) around Sedona that has been unusually bounteous and long-lasting, and in fact was still in progress (though fading) in mid-June after about three months. The species in bloom have progressed over that time, but the late-bloomers are still afoot (and sometimes under foot as well). And I’ve seen varieties this year that I’ve never noticed previously.

Narrowleaf Four O'Clock near Oak Creek. This Narrowleaf Four O’Clock is one auspicious example. I found a small patch of them near the Templeton trail, in the Coconino National Forest shortly after a June sunrise.
