Evening Primrose in Woods Canyon. Its name notwithstanding, I captured this elegant specimen in morning light in a beautiful canyon south of Sedona. We’ve had a pretty dry winter this year, but some recent storms have dropped enough moisture for a few patches of the hardier wildflowers to pop up. They love to flaunt what their resilience has let them to accomplish.
