Black Canyon Interlude #1 (Infrared). On one of the days we were in Colorado, the clouds were hanging so low that photography in the mountains wasn’t possible. The silver lining was that we were instead able to take a detour over to the Black Canyon of The Gunnison, a National Park east of Montrose. The storm clouds there were right overhead, sometimes dropping into the canyon. My infrared camera fell in love with everything it saw there.
