Western Bluebird (Male).  We’ve had a fairly dry winter so far in Arizona, which means that the local wildlife tends to congregate near the few, shrinking water holes that we have left around here.  This dapper fellow was showing off his colors near a stock tank in the Beaverhead Flat area, on the gentle slopes of House Mountain, an ancient volcano south of Sedona.<br />
