Comet NEOWISE Rising over Courthouse Butte (July 9). This visitor from the far reaches of our solar system is giving us quite the sky show this summer (2020). This photo was captured as the early twilight was turning into dawn. Our clear sky over Sedona, Arizona made this image possible, and I also got a bit of help from the waning moon, which illuminated the red sandstone cliffs.
