The Queen of Red Canyon (Infrared). I don’t know if this towering sandstone matriarch actually has an official name, but I’m pretty sure that she’ll pass for some kind of royalty. She oversees a stretch of Utah’s wondrous Highway 12, east of the town of Panguitch, and her coniferous subjects positively glow with adoration and reverence for her (at least they do in the infrared part of the spectrum).
