Jason Vieaux, Guitar. On Sunday, December 8, 2024, Chamber Music Sedona opened its 2024-2025 season with a dazzling recital by Jason Vieaux, one of the world’s elite classical guitarists. He gave masterfully nuanced performances of works ranging from Bach to Bossa Nova, and as an encore after the audience’s first - of two - standing ovations, finished with an elegantly arranged medley of Christmas carols.

As usual, I was there to photograph the proceedings for the organization (not to mention to enjoy another of their fine concerts!). Also as usual, the performer was quite photogenic, which I always appreciate as the organization’s official photographer. Here are some photos from the event that I captured for CMS.
