Alien Mushroom (Infrared). The Alien Throne, in the badlands of northwestern New Mexico, is getting to be pretty well known (and frequently photographed). But it has a lot of interesting neighbors, including this one, who also like to pose for portraits. As far as I know, nobody has yet ascertained what planet these otherworldly formations were imported from – though I’m not sure that really matters.
