Historic Home, Prescott, Arizona (Infrared) ©2017 James D Peterson. Prescott was once the capital of Arizona, and it was also a territorial center full of rough and tumble miners and cowhands. But it had its elegant side as well. Mt. Vernon Ave. is lined with classic and victorian homes, many of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
