Hide and Seek. On Tuesday, Oct. 15 (2024), our newfound friend Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) was ducking in and out of the clouds, which were illuminated by both the fading sunset glow and the nearly full moon rising in the east. This caper was captured from a very exotic (not!) location: our driveway, looking west towards House Mountain (an ancient and very broad shield volcano).
