Stormy Morning along Devil’s Kitchen Trail (Infrared). If you’ve never been to Colorado National Monument, it belongs on your bucket list. (I’ll admit that I might be slightly biased there, inasmuch as this is the kind of territory I grew up in – and love!) You’ll find classic Southwestern sandstone cliffs and canyons there, plus plenty of overlooks and trails with spectacular views of this glorious region. And if you happen to be there during the monsoon season and have infrared eyes, you might even see something like this.
